Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, my journey has been shaped by a rich cultural heritage and a bilingual education, enabling me to bring diverse perspectives to the world of organizational development. My academic and athletic tenure at Rogers State University, where I proudly represented the women's golf team for five years, instilled in me the virtues of discipline, teamwork, and resilience. These experiences, coupled with my academic achievements in obtaining a BBA-Entrepreneurship and an MBA, have solidified my expertise and passion for leadership and organizational excellence.
